1994

"It was the last game of the season and we were playing Kenmore East on a beautiful day at Crosby field. That season East needed to beat us to make the playoffs. The fact that we were playing East was enough motivation but to knock them out of the playoffs would be sweet. The game was close all the way through the second quarter. East had the ball around their twenty-yard line with less then a minute before half time. Coach Tut, Cherry and Harris always prepared us well but Jason Kropidlowski must have been paying extra attention. Jason was playing defensive end, read the screen pass and step in front of the pass for the interception. Krop ran it into the end zone and we went onto beat Ken East and extended the streak. The '93 '94 season was filled with heart and determination. I, like many of my other teammates, left the field crying tears of joy that day. We left it all on the field and were all proud to wear the Blue and White. Go Blue Devils!!" - Gregory Stark
